20/10/5 works like this:
Each of those numbers is a buy it now price. A card of around that value will be displayed live and a corresponding dollar amount will be available to purchase on the stage to the first one who buys.
If nobody buys it within a few seconds, up to five $1 cards will be added to the stack until someone buys.
There are some cards of higher value in each category. Also the $1 cards can be up to $4 each so be quick!
