2 / Any graded card that depreciates in value will have its purchase price adjusted accordingly to reflect that reduction in value. Any Mystery Slab Pack that was already purchased by that point are unfortunately unable to be discounted further, so therefore a refund for the difference in comped values will be issued to the buyer.
3 / Any Mystery Slab Pack that increases in value will not have its price adjusted, and its cost will remain at the original purchase price.
